The Need for Healthy Aging

Adrienne Bell is a Swimming Specialist and Wellbeing Entrepreneur.  

As a swimming coach, she teaches people to swim quickly and/or eliminate the fear of the water people may have, from Kiddies of 4yrs old to Retirees, from “just wanting to enjoy the Water” to Triathletes.

Her personal life has also become part of her professional life as having experienced improved health results, a business landed on her lap within a few weeks when her increased energy wanted her to share what she was doing.  For over 20 years she has had the privilege of helping people both with their Healthy Ageing and having their own Business.

Seeing the positive and lasting impacts gives her a great sense of satisfaction. Helping others improve their well-being is at the heart of her businesses.
