**Please note - parking on site is limited so please arrange to come in groups where possible. Parking is widely available in Rathfriland (approx 2 miles away) and carpooling is encouraged.

Guest Speaker: Heather Henning, Food Matters at the Barn.

Heather holds a BSc (Hons) in Food Science. She has worked as a Food Technologist for Marks and Spencer, before returning to Northern Ireland where she worked for NIFDA and People 1st. In 2005 she became self-employed trainer delivering Food Safety qualifications Level 2 through to Level 4 to both the manufacturing and hospitality sector.

In 2019, she launched Food Matters at the Barn, a small cookery school outside Rathfriland which provides cookery courses designed to strengthen the art of home cooking by making better and more confident cooks.
